and Maintenance Service to ensure that your air
cleaning system continues to work properly and that the system
is performing to it's maximum capacity.
Cleaning and maintenance
service is available throughout much of Wisconsin (see map). We can set up a maintenance
schedule so that we arrive just when your system needs
cleaning. There is no need for you to remember to call and schedule an
appointment.
- Repair Service - We specialize in repairing
electrostatic precipitators such as SMOKEETER, Honeywell,
Emerson, White-Rodgers, Smokemaster,
Tepco/Trion, and SMOG-HOG; however, we are equipped to repair virtually any brand air cleaner, either on-site or in our shop in Appleton, WI. We have Service Technicians on the road five days a week, with at least one in the Milwaukee metro area every day
- Cleaning and Maintenance Service
- In order to receive maximum performance from your air cleaning investment it is vital to have regular maintenance. You can have our trained professional service technicians service your equipment at regularly scheduled intervals, e.g. bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. based on your needs. Our method is to replace your dirty collection components with our professionally cleaned components at each visit. We also verify that the equipment is operating at manufacturers' specifications and clean the unit itself, as needed.
All contaminants (coolants, cutting oil, weld fume, tobacco smoke, etc.)
are disposed of in an approved, environmentally safe manner.
- Reconditioning Service - We can make your old electrostatic precipitator work and look
like new. Your unit is completely dismantled, cleaned, and put back together with new parts where
needed.
